■About the Optimal In-App Remote SDK:
The Optimal In-App Remote SDK is an SDK^※1 that’s a perfect fit with any business-related app.  The Optimal In-App Remote SDK enables app developers to easily incorporate a real-time screen-sharing support feature that facilitates fast, efficient help for app users, which up until now has been difficult on the iPhone/iPad due to OS restrictions.  Moreover, an app equipped with the Optimal In-App Remote SDK can be directly supported not only by the app’s developer, but also by in-house operators at the companies that are using the app, as well as third-party IT service providers.^※2

◆ Optimal In-App Remote SDK features:

1. New concept for optimizing operational support efficiency by supporting iPhone/iPad applications via screen-sharing
   
   • PC-based remote support services have been around for years -- but until now, there have been no remote support services for iPhone/iPad.
