Notice of New Director Rotation System

OPTiM Corporation (OPTiM), a market leader in AI, IoT and big data platforms, has introduced a rotation system for full-time directors to strengthen its management.

■Purpose of the new rotation system

Since its founding, OPTiM has continuously grown and provided new services. To sustain this, it is necessary to enhance and stabilize company management. OPTiM aims to achieve this with using a wide range of human resources in management through a newly implemented rotation system for full-time directors. With this, talented individuals will be assigned to a new position to gain experience and enhance their skills, resulting in stronger management throughout the company. Furthermore, after the successful implementation of this new strategy, this rotation system will be applied to the entire company. This way, OPTiM will become more agile and able to respond to various challenges with diverse, strong human resources.

Directors will be assigned to their positions for a two-year term, and after leaving the position, will still provide practical support as a “rotating officer.”

Kazuo Tomohiro, the former director of the Kyushu office, will be appointed the president of OPTiM Bank Technologies Co., Ltd, a joint venture between OPTiM and The Bank of Saga, Ltd.
